I decided to just throw a bunch of stuff in some pans and see what I could cook up. This turned out pretty good. This served two. 1 lb cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded 1 tbs taco seasoning 4 flour tortillas 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup (I used about half) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 can refried beans Oil for frying 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix the chicken and taco seasoning with about 1/2 cup of water in a medium sized pot. This cucumber plant refuses to die.  I guess it doesn’t realize that we are now into November.

I have been working alone all week. My boss is at a conference in D.C. Today I am have the music cranked up and I am pretty sure I have a major sugar high. If anyone wonders who is singing Journey at the top of her lungs, it isn’t me. Well, it probably is me. LOL
