I decided to just throw a bunch of stuff in some pans and see what I could cook up. This turned out pretty good.
This served two.
1 lb cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded
1 tbs taco seasoning
4 flour tortillas
1 can condensed nacho cheese soup (I used about half)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can refried beans
Oil for frying
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the chicken and taco seasoning with about 1/2 cup of water in a medium sized pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix in the soup, sour cream, and beans.
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium.
Spread a good scoop of the chicken mixture into a [ ... ]
